In person yoga classes coming back!!!!
It has been a very strange few months with COVID19, self isolation, homeschooling, working from home and no yoga classes.
The good news is that In person yoga will be reopening from 22nd of June !!! Yay !!!!

The bad news is that due to restrictions we can only have 5 people per class and with only four classes per week is only 20 people per week. I believe spots will be in demand. I have decided not to open the booking system till 6:00pm Monday the 15th of June. This will give me plenty of time to let everyone know what is happening and how to go about booking in.

Bonnie Maplestone has over 15 years yoga teaching experience and has taught all types of yoga and all types of people. She is a qualified, registered and practicing Osteopath and brings her training into her classes.
Studio classes are held at our Mitcham and Surrey Hills locations with no
more than 10 students to a class.
While one on one osteopathic rehab/yoga is held at our camberwell location
to book this see our osteopathy page. These osteopathic rehab sessions can be claimed on all health funds that have osteopathy benefits.
Bonnie loves to make her classes interactive and welcomes Questions on what we are learning and why, how the concepts we are working with can improve your yoga and your life. She is open to suggestions on what you would like to work on and achieve and will work with you to overcome any limitations or injuries that you have rather than making you sit out certain poses.
What to bring: All props are supplied so you don't need to bring anything, just be sure to wear comfortable clothing, we supply matts at no extra charge but if you would like to bring your own mat you are more than welcome.
