Birther and Bubs Free yoga Class!

Do you want to get some movement back into your week post-birth but you are struggling to get out of the house? Maybe you should join us for our birther and bubs yoga class. This online yoga class can be done in the comfort and convenience of your home but is taught by Osteopath and yoga teacher Bonnie Maplestone. 

Birther and Bubs yoga will be held every Thursday morning at 10:00am

Birther and Bubs yoga classes on demand

Can't make Thursday at 10:00 am? Want access to birther and bubs yoga classes whenever and wherever it suits you?

You have two options.

All Birther and Bubs yoga classes are recorded and become part of Bonnie's online studio. Which has access to all classes taught by Bonnie (over 200 pre-recorded) and one live stream class a week. The online studio is unlimited acess for $25 per month. 

Your second option is the Prenatal yoga Product, which is $99 for all the prenatal,  postnatal and mums and bubs classes.



This means you can practice whenever you want and choose the lessons that are more suited to you. 


Had a caesarian? Try the Class Titled Birther and Bubs simple core work

Feeling like the long hours of carrying your baby are turning you into a hunch back? Try the class titled Reversing the effects of carrying your baby.

The online studio costs $25 a month and has no commitment. For the birther and bubs classes you can type Birther and bubs or mums and bubs into the search bar. If you don't have your baby and would like to do a class just for your self feel free to try any of the 150 other yoga classes in the studio as well.
